24% funded after just over a week live!

We’ve reached 24% in just over a week, thanks to 21 backers!.

If we can reach 33% funding by Friday, we’ll be 1/3 of the way to reaching our goal with 2/3 of the campaign left to go!
Back us on Kickstarter here!

New Comic Teaser Trailer!

We’ve also expanded the actors who give the comic voice, with this new story trailer for Zip issue 2, featuring the talents of Brittany GallaschMichael Magnet, and Kenkoy!

Kickstarter FAQ

During our last campaign, I was surprised to find out just how many people in my life, even among my creative friends, who knew absolutely nothing about Kickstarter. So this time, I’ve written a Kickstarter FAQ on my website, which can quickly get you up to speed if you’ve never used the website before.

Of course, don’t forget that Kickstarter have their own FAQ as well, and you can always message me here or email info@zipcomic.co.uk if you have any questions you can’t find the answers to.

Alternate cover

Construction lines for our alternate cover – soon to be announced!

We also have some exciting news about a new artist on the team who’s currently working on an alternate cover for us. This illustrator specialises in drawing classic 60s style superhero art, and his own comics always have plenty of thrills! He also works in television, on a show you’ve probably heard of…

But I’ve said enough! I’m afraid you’ll just have to stay tuned to find out who it is! Follow our campaign, if you haven’t already, for more updates.

Until next time: same Zip Kickstarter campaign, same Zip… internet… or something…
