A comic about imperfect superhumans (secretly about disability).

Late pledges available for Zip #4

Zip’s 3 issue has prelaunched on Kickstarter, I’m talking about it live with The Comic book Club

Big news!

You may have seen a few hints across the website about our third issue.

Well, I’m pleased to say that it’s just prelaunched on Kickstarter!

In Zip issue 3…

Zip faces an existential threat to humanity in the form of The Hive: a collective of nanobots designed to disassemble consumer goods and reconfigure them into new commercial products in a fraction of the time it would take for an R&D department to develop them.

But having taken its programming to the logical extreme, it has identified the most complex object it can possibly gorge itself upon for training data: human beings! When The Hive’s rogue cyborgs encounter Zip, they will not rest until they have stolen her powers and exterminated her, along with the rest of the planet.

Comic Book Club Podcast: Rodney Barnes and Mike Scrase

Not only that but I’ll be talking about it LIVE tomorrow night with The Comic Book Club podcast, 7pm ET, or midnight GMT/BST, alongside Rodney Barnes.

You can catch it on Youtube here, or if you’d prefer, on Facebook here.
